Chiefly small-format snapshot and studio portraits of friends, family and associates of Fusako Imoto, a young Japanese American
woman from Lindsay, California, taken chiefly while she was interned at Poston Relocation Center (Yuma County, Arizona) during
World War II. Among the numerous Japanese Americans depicted, many were Imoto's fellow internees, and many were male soldiers
serving for the U.S. military during the war. Fusako is likely depicted throughout the album. Many views include grounds of
the internment camp or military bases where the subjects were residing. Some photographs, taken by a professional photographer
in Lindsay, may date shortly before or after Imoto's internment.

Approximately 30 loose photographs and a few pieces of ephemera, all found together laid into the album, were removed and
are shelved separately in two PIC folders.
Many prints are inscribed by subjects to Fusako, or "Fuzzy". Some prints are described by hand-written captions on album leaves.
Most are lacking descriptions.
Includes several photographs bearing photographer's stamp on back: "Perry Photo Studio, Lindsay, Calif."
